Welcome to The Mac Attic, an abandonware software library made for vintage Apple computers and very old/ancient web browsers
The game is designed to accommodate 2, 3, or 4 players, with each player having a side of the board to themselves. The original version has a layout for 6 players on the reverse side. At the start of the game, each player has four pieces that begin in the "out" area, all of which are required to be moved to the player's "home" row to win. Early versions of the game used painted wooden pieces.
The showpiece of the game's layout is its cross-shaped rows. These rows are encircled and interspersed with a loop of squares that guide the pieces around the board in a clockwise movement. Closest to each edge of the board are three fields: the leftmost being the player's starting square (marked "S"), while the middle one serves as a gateway to the "home" row.
This layout makes for a dynamic game where each piece starts at the designated "start" field, progresses clockwise around the board, and eventually finds its way into the "home" row. Victory is claimed by the first player to successfully maneuver all their pieces into their respective "home" row.
This description is based on information from both the English and German versions of Wikipedia.org.
This version of the game is titled "Mac Has No Trouble", with language options including English, French ("Mac se ne fâche pas"), and German ("Mac ärgert sich nicht").
